About the Role
You will own the full lifecycle of Hopae's relationships with IDV providers, from activation and enablement through co-sell execution and growth. You'll build joint go-to-market strategies with partners, defining targets, identifying opportunities, and creating the conditions for deals to close. You will generate and grow pipeline through the partner channel, being accountable for revenue rather than just relationship health. You'll run structured business reviews and track KPIs across volume, revenue, and partner performance, while working closely with Sales, Product, and Legal to remove blockers and keep partners moving. You'll also act as the voice of the partner internally, surfacing insights that shape how Hopae builds and positions its product.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, identity, or privacy-first tech
- Experienced in partner or channel roles measured in pipeline and revenue
- Understanding of the IDV value chain and how providers, platforms, and end clients fit together
- Natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly
- Outcome-driven and self-directed
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
