About the Role

You will build and scale Ramp’s System Integrator implementation program. You will establish partner operating models, certification standards, technical enablement, quality controls, escalation paths, performance reporting, commercial structures, and expansion plans across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies. You will also guide partners through integrations, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and customer change management.

Requirements

Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion
Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business or systems integrator
Ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes
Technical fluency in integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design
Commercial judgment for partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments, and payout structures
Ability to build operating mechanisms and senior partner relationships

Responsibilities

Build and scale the System Integrator operating model
Define partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, and quality standards
Own partner readiness and technical enablement
Resolve implementation and integration questions
Establish delivery-quality and performance systems
Design commercial and capacity models
Lead program expansion across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies
