About the Role
You will build and lead a global warehouse, inventory, logistics, and planning function across sites. You will establish strategy, operating models, KPIs, planning processes, inventory controls, logistics partnerships, trade-compliance practices, and fulfillment playbooks while scaling toward production.
Requirements
- 10+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, and planning experience
- Experience across warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and planning
- Experience establishing or scaling WILP functions
- Commercial terms and logistics-provider negotiation
- Export controls including EAR

Responsibilities
- Define the warehouse, inventory, logistics, and planning strategy and roadmap
- Build operating models, governance, KPIs, and operating cadence
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-site teams
- Set OKRs, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Build planning and scheduling processes for prototype and production flows
- Run tier meetings to manage exceptions, shortages, and expedites
- Lead available-to-promise processes, project slotting, and allocations
- Ensure export compliance and accurate carrier and customs handoffs
- Define requirements and roadmaps for MRP, ERP, and planning systems
- Develop inventory-management processes and oversee counts, reconciliation, and audits
- Manage stock levels, warehouse safety, and inventory accuracy
- Select and manage 3PLs, carriers, and freight forwarders
- Implement transport-management and consolidation rules
- Build fulfillment playbooks and customer milestone-tracking processes
