About the Role

You will plan and coordinate warehouse-centric distribution for automation deployments and after-sales operations. You will manage warehouse mix plans, material staging and releases, delivery alignment, issue resolution, readiness reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, or warehouse operations experience
Multi-site coordination, inventory flow, or project-based execution experience
Inventory and warehouse process knowledge
Material staging, kitting, or fulfillment operations knowledge
Transportation and delivery coordination knowledge
ERP
WMS
Planning tools
Organizational skills
Data analysis
Communication skills
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Support site distribution plans aligned with installation schedules
Maintain warehouse mix plans for SKU, quantity, and timing
Identify material availability gaps and recommend adjustments
Improve material flow, inventory positioning, and delivery sequencing
Coordinate warehouse staging, kitting, and outbound readiness
Track material readiness and sequence warehouse releases
Align shipments with transportation release timing and priorities
Resolve material shortage, imbalance, and flow issues
Maintain readiness and warehouse performance reporting
Drive distribution planning and warehouse-flow improvements
