About the Role
You will lead and grow a regional technical solutions team supporting customer production workloads. You will oversee support coverage, develop technical expertise, engage customers on data and AI strategies, collaborate with engineering, and help ensure reliability and performance for production systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- 12+ years in the IT industry
- Software engineering background with Data Engineering specialization
- Big Data and Cloud experience
- Experience leading engineering, technical support, or consulting teams
- Production-scale experience in at least two of Big Data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, or streaming
- Spark expertise
- Customer-facing support leadership experience
- Distributed systems troubleshooting skills
