About the Role
You will develop and execute PR strategies to elevate visibility across mainstream, crypto, and international media. You will build and maintain relationships with reporters, editors, and influencers, proactively pitch stories, and manage media inquiries. You will craft clear narratives, lead PR for events, amplify builder success stories, manage crisis communications, and track earned media and PR metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years in public relations communications or related roles with a focus on technology blockchain or fintech
- Proven track record of securing coverage in top-tier publications and crypto-native outlets
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology Layer 2 solutions and the crypto ecosystem
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling narratives
- Experience with international media and cross-cultural communications (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with 24/7 availability when needed
- Experience with decentralized applications or Layer 2 scaling solutions (nice to have)
- Strong relationships with crypto and tech reporters (nice to have)
