About the Role
You will design and execute the end-to-end B2C marketing strategy, run go-to-market plans for new features and product lines, and build user segments to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. You will lead email and lifecycle marketing, set up automation, analyze channel performance with data and AI tools, collaborate with Product Sales and Partnerships to shape campaigns, and monitor competitor positioning and market trends to refine messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2C marketing within crypto fintech or AI-native companies
- GTM experience expanding consumer products into new regions or languages
- Demonstrated success building and scaling lifecycle programs especially email and in-product messaging
- Proven experience running GTM strategies and coordinating across stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and data teams
- Fluency in using AI tools including LLMs automation platforms and AI-powered analytics
- Self-starter attitude with hands-on execution mentality

- Collaborate with Product Sales and Partnerships to shape and deliver campaigns
- Analyze performance across channels and recommend data-driven actions
- Track competitor positioning and market trends to refine messaging
