About the Role
You will support the CMO and broader marketing organization by owning how programs get executed and how budgets are managed. You will plan and execute events end-to-end, manage vendor contracts and invoicing, track and forecast marketing spend, coordinate closely with sales on targeting and follow-up, keep timelines and stakeholders aligned across large initiatives, and assist with content and campaign execution to ensure marketing drives measurable pipeline.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience (Marketing Manager level) or 5+ years experience (Senior Manager/Head of Marketing Ops) in marketing operations, program management, or marketing execution roles
- Proven experience managing events end-to-end (B2B, fintech, or enterprise preferred)
- Strong operational rigor in budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital assets preferred
- Strong writing and messaging abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Own event strategy and execute events end-to-end
- Manage marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage vendor contracts, billing, and invoicing
- Build and maintain operational systems for marketing execution
- Partner with sales to track event ROI and pipeline impact
- Coordinate meetings, outreach, and follow-ups with sales
- Act as central point of coordination across large-scale marketing initiatives
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned
- Support development and execution of content and campaign collateral
