About the Role
You will own editorial planning, production, publication, and performance analysis across social and content channels. You will operate and improve an AI-powered Content Engine, validate outputs, iterate on prompts and modules, and build new capabilities including partner content portals. You will coordinate multiple executive voices into cohesive narratives, optimize distribution and amplification across channels, and drive community engagement and newsletter growth. You will collaborate on editorial direction and campaign concepts and build content relationships with ecosystem partners, clients, and technical communities.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of content and social media management experience at a tech company or agency
- Proven senior marketing track record
- End-to-end content operations experience including strategy, calendar, production, publication, and analytics
- AI native working style with experience building workflows using Claude and Claude Code
- Solid marketing fundamentals including positioning and audience segmentation
- Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone across formats including technical blog, social, newsletter, and executive ghostwriting
- Experience managing content for multiple brands simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Own the full content lifecycle including editorial planning, production, publication, and performance analysis
- Operate and improve the AI-powered Content Engine; validate outputs and iterate on prompts and modules
- Build partner content portals for external collaborators within six months
- Coordinate multiple executive voices into one coherent narrative across brands
- Drive distribution and amplification through cross-posting, community engagement, newsletter growth, repurposing, and channel optimization
- Contribute to content strategy, campaign concepts, and content pillars
- Build community content relationships with ecosystem partners, clients, and technical communities
