About the Role
You will shape and optimize the enterprise learning technology ecosystem. You will define the technology roadmap, lead platform governance and enablement, evaluate platform performance and emerging technology, improve processes, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in learning technology, HR technology, platforms, product management, digital adoption, technology enablement, or related disciplines
- Experience developing and executing learning technology, platform, or product strategies
- Understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems, governance, lifecycle management, adoption, and optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and projects
- Process design, systems thinking, and documentation skills
- Experience with data, analytics, AI-enabled tools, low-code or no-code solutions, workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Drive learning technology strategy, governance, ecosystem design, adoption, and operational effectiveness
- Enable the rollout and ongoing use of learning platforms
- Define and maintain the learning technology roadmap
- Assess platform capabilities, utilization, and business value
- Identify platform consolidation, simplification, and cost-optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional implementation, prioritization, risk management, and change-adoption efforts
- Use data and analytics to assess platform performance and adoption
