About the Role
You will own the banking experience across accounts, APIs, dashboards, IAM, and end-to-end customer workflows. You will gather customer insights, define and evolve the roadmap, prioritize work, unblock engineering, and shape account and dashboard experiences. You will collaborate with design and engineering on technical and product decisions.
Requirements
- Experience owning and building banking, fintech, or developer-platform products end to end
- Ability to discuss architectural decisions and API design with engineers
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including pitching, demonstrating, and closing early adopters
- Based in New York or Berlin or willing to relocate

- Own the banking-experience roadmap
- Develop account, API, dashboard, and IAM experiences
- Work directly with customers to understand use cases
- Translate customer insights into product improvements
