About the Role

Lead and develop a Talent Operations team while scaling the operational foundation of recruiting. Own recruiting technology, headcount planning, interview operations, interviewer enablement, referrals, candidate experience, compliance, and global hiring support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant operations experience
  • 3+ years of talent or recruiting operations experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting a large, complex recruiting organization
  • Strong headcount planning, workforce planning, and reporting experience
  • Experience building scalable processes in high-growth environments
  • Project management skills
  • Experience supporting global hiring and multi-jurisdiction compliance
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Talent Operations professionals
  • Drive prioritization, operational rigor, and scalable infrastructure for the recruiting organization
  • Own the recruiting technology stack, including ATS, scheduling, sourcing, CRM, and interview tools
  • Partner on system implementation, integration, automation, and optimization
  • Evaluate and implement new recruiting tools
  • Scale the internal recruiting help desk into an automated support function
  • Own operational tracking of the headcount plan with Finance
  • Build systems for hiring-progress monitoring, recruiter capacity, and forecasting
  • Own end-to-end interview operations and scheduling infrastructure
  • Build scalable processes and tooling for high-volume, complex hiring
  • Scale interviewer enablement, referrals, and candidate-experience programs
  • Define success metrics and optimize recruiting performance
  • Ensure recruiting processes meet multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
  • Partner with People Ops and Legal to support international hiring expansion
