About the Role
You will lead commercialization for a portfolio of products. You will develop go-to-market strategies, define pricing and packaging, conduct market and competitive research, and support product launches. You will work with product, marketing, finance, sales, legal, compliance, and enablement stakeholders to establish beta customers, oversee contracting, improve operating processes, and drive data-informed decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of go-to-market, business development, management consulting, or revenue operations experience
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments
- Experience bringing products or solutions to market and scaling commercial outcomes
- Data analysis and financial modeling proficiency
- Expertise in customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own commercialization for a portfolio of products
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch new products
- Define product pricing, packaging, and standard commercial structures
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research
- Collaborate with sales teams on targets, go-to-market strategy, beta customers, and contracting
- Promote data-driven decision making and governance
- Refine and standardize processes, policies, and workflows
- Foster best practices, knowledge sharing, and skills development across the go-to-market organization
