About the Role
You will own the institutional API end-to-end, designing client account creation, wallet management, mint and burn exposure, yield distribution logic, and reporting through a single coherent product surface. You will build digital asset accounts that partners operate for their own customers at scale without those customers needing a direct relationship. You will design the platform primitives underneath, including organisations, users, permissions, subaccounts, usage metering, and attribution. You will run partner integrations as a product discipline, from commercial framing and technical scoping through go-live, treating the first API consumers as design partners. You will shape commercial packaging and pricing, such as API access, wallet fees, and transaction fees, to build a recurring B2B infrastructure revenue line. You will sequence the roadmap so that the infrastructure serves direct institutional customers, internal group business lines, and B2B partners from a single build.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with meaningful time on platform or API products in fintech, crypto, or B2B infrastructure
- Technical fluency to debate API design, authentication models, and account hierarchies with engineers
- Ability to design primitives so multiple products, partners, and business lines can build without rework
- Direct experience running B2B partner integrations from commercial conversation through technical scoping to go-live
- Strong commercial instincts with pricing, packaging, and unit economics
- Understanding of digital asset infrastructure including custody, wallets, and on/off-chain settlement
- Ability to use AI in discovery, analysis, writing, and prototyping
