About the Role
You will own the stablecoin issuance platform, covering the self-service portal, mint and redeem flows, yield distribution, user and access management, approval workflows, statements, and reporting. You will build Wallet as a Service so institutions can embed wallets and stablecoin flows into their own platforms and products. You will define the boundary between what the platform needs from underlying Luno infrastructure and what BlockTower owns itself. You will design repeatability into the product so that the next currency, chain, market, or wallet use case becomes a configuration exercise rather than a new build. You will take institutional customers live and convert every manual step in their journey into a self-service product experience. You will spend real time with treasury teams, payment providers, market makers, and financial institutions to let their operating reality shape the roadmap. You will build the controls institutions require, including auditability, segregation of duties, and reporting that their own compliance teams will accept.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager including taking a new product from zero to first paying customers and making it repeatable
- Experience building products for institutional users such as treasury, payments, capital markets, or banking
- Deep understanding of stablecoins and issuance economics including reserves, yield, minting, and redemption
- Knowledge of on-chain settlement including chains, custody, and on-chain versus off-chain trade-offs
- Comfort operating a young business inside a larger group with limited information and dependency on parent company infrastructure
- Experience working in a regulated environment with legal and compliance on issuer controls
- Credibility with institutional customers including treasury teams, PSPs, market makers, and banks
- Ability to use AI in discovery, analysis, writing, and prototyping
Responsibilities
- Own the stablecoin issuance platform including portal, mint and redeem flows, yield distribution, user access management, approval workflows, statements, and reporting
- Build wallet-as-a-service for institutional customers to embed wallets into their own platforms
- Define the boundary between the BlockTower platform and underlying Luno infrastructure
- Design repeatability so future currencies, chains, markets, and wallet use cases become configuration exercises
- Convert manual customer journey steps into self-service product experiences
- Spend time with treasury teams, payment providers, market makers, and financial institutions to shape the roadmap
- Build controls including auditability, segregation of duties, and compliance-accepted reporting
