About the Role
You will own the Trust & Integrity product roadmap across market integrity, financial crime and fraud prevention, and user protection. You will build detection and enforcement systems for wash trading, market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, and fraud. You will define responsible-use tools, establish KPIs and OKRs, manage vendors and RFPs, integrate trust-related systems into common workflows, and communicate trust and risk practices clearly to users, partners, and regulators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in trust and safety, fraud, compliance, risk, or a related domain.
- Experience shipping detection and enforcement systems for fraud, AML, market surveillance, content moderation, or similar.
- Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into product specifications and roadmaps.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with legal, policy, and compliance teams.
- Ability to define KPIs and OKRs and use data to prioritize and measure impact.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and conduct RFP evaluations.
- Experience with prediction markets, gaming, sports betting, or crypto compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap across market integrity, financial crime and fraud, and user protection.
- Drive detection and enforcement for market manipulation, wash trading, insider trading, real-time data access risks, MNPI exposure, and insider networks.
- Own the fraud and AML prevention roadmap across deposits and withdrawals.
- Define and ship responsible-use tools, including education, deposit and trading limits, and mental health resources.
- Build and maintain KPIs and OKRs for market integrity, financial crime, responsible use, and external trust.
- Manage trust and safety vendor relationships and evaluate partnerships through RFPs.
- Integrate surveillance, KYC, AML, fraud, geolocation, and payments systems into common workflows.
- Communicate the company's trust and risk posture to users, partners, and regulators.
