About the Role
You will lead storage engineering and operations for block, object, and file storage services. You will guide architecture and technical delivery, maintain reliability and performance targets, optimize systems for AI and HPC workloads, and manage capacity, costs, and vendors.
Requirements
- 7+ years of storage engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Expertise with Ceph and distributed storage architectures
- Experience operating multi-tenant cloud storage services at scale
- Understanding of block, object, and file storage protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow storage engineering and operations teams across regions
- Own technical delivery for block, object, and file storage products
- Drive architecture decisions for multi-tenant storage platforms
- Ensure availability, durability, and performance SLAs
- Integrate third-party storage solutions
- Optimize storage systems for AI and HPC workloads
- Define storage offerings and SLAs with stakeholders
- Manage capacity planning, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
