About the Role

You will own and manage senior client relationships across enterprise and institutional clients in banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests internally across Delivery Solutions Product and Engineering teams. You will engage clients to identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell services including implementation, integration, and ongoing support. You will partner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to shape engagements, ensuring scope, value proposition, and expectations are clearly defined. You will drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion across assigned clients. You will support pre sales and deal shaping activities, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations. You will ensure clear alignment between client expectations, contracted scope, and delivery outcomes. You will monitor client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and manage escalations in partnership with Delivery leadership. You will coordinate and lead client governance forums, including steering committees, QBRs, and executive reviews. You will act as the voice of the client internally, feeding structured feedback into Product Solutions and Service teams. You will contribute to go to market initiatives, client references, and case studies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales roles within fintech, financial services, or technology infrastructure
  • Proven success managing and growing enterprise or institutional client accounts
  • Strong experience selling and managing professional services, platform services, or complex technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets
  • Strong commercial acumen, including deal structuring, pricing, and contract management
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams
  • Languages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French highly preferred for Geneva market; Italian a plus
  • Location: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Geneva as primary locations

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of client programs by identifying opportunities, positioning and selling services, and orchestrating cross-functional program teams, to deliver complex engagements from initial scoping through sustained client value.
