About the Role
Work closely with the Director of Business Operations to optimize payment processes, enhance operational efficiency, manage day-to-day operations, implement scalable solutions, and collaborate across teams to support Stronghold's ecosystem expansion and bridge legacy banking systems with Web3 technologies.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, product operations, or consulting.
- Experience supporting C-suite leaders or serving as a Chief of Staff, Business Operations lead, or Strategy Consultant.
- Deep cross-functional project management experience.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Adaptability and scrappiness in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an extension of the CEO and executive team, leading top-priority initiatives.
- Scale liquidity and financial operations.
- Launch go-to-market strategies.
- Manage vendor transitions.
- Support fundraising and investor communications.
- Establish systems for financial operations, regulatory reporting, and KYC/AML with internal teams and external vendors.
- Prepare board meetings and strategic offsites.
- Synthesize operating plans and priorities.
- Help evolve the company roadmap.
- Create tools, documentation, and repeatable processes to reduce operational drag.
- Leverage automation, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to increase operational leverage.
