About the Role

You will protect Rapyd’s global financial network by monitoring transaction behavior, identifying anomalies, and mitigating financial crime risk. You will analyze transaction data, investigate flagged alerts, document cases, escalate suspicious trends, assist with regulatory reports, and apply AML/CFT, KYC, and BCRA compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Criminology, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, financial reviews, or basic transaction monitoring
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Experience working with large datasets in Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to execute analytical tasks quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with Argentine AML/CFT laws, UIF, BCRA, or CNV is a plus
  • Interest in CAMS, CFE, or CFCS certifications is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review and conduct initial investigations on flagged transaction alerts
  • Extract and review transaction data using Excel and basic SQL queries
  • Document findings and maintain accurate case records
  • Identify and escalate complex cases, anomalies, and suspicious trends
  • Assist with gathering data and preparing preliminary regulatory reports for the UIF
  • Apply internal compliance procedures and Argentine AML/CFT, KYC, and BCRA regulatory frameworks
