About the Role
You will lead mapping specialists and manage production schedules across map builds and updates. You will run standups and triage, establish quality standards and playbooks, resolve map-data issues with engineering, validate HD maps in simulation, and incorporate field feedback into coverage and quality improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HD map production, geospatial data operations, or related field
- Experience leading or coordinating technical contributors
- Knowledge of HD map data formats and annotation pipelines
- Experience with point cloud data, 3D visualization, or lidar annotation tools
- Familiarity with simulation environments and map validation
- Experience analyzing field reports or sensor data
- Experience with SQL, C++, Python, QGIS, or similar data tools
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead mapping specialists and manage workloads
- Maintain production schedules for map builds and updates

- Set map labeling, quality-control, acceptance, and documentation standards
- Triage and route map-data issues
- Build and maintain a triage playbook
- Validate HD map accuracy in simulation
