About the Role

You will lead key accounting and controls initiatives, support the financial audit, manage close-process components, and prepare technical accounting work and financial statements. You will strengthen internal controls, improve documentation and workflows, and support ERP improvements and accounting automation.

Requirements

  • Active CPA license in good standing
  • 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Significant experience at a Top 10 public accounting firm
  • Senior Manager or equivalent Audit or Assurance experience
  • Experience leading audit engagements and managing teams
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and lease accounting
  • Analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the financial audit by preparing audit schedules, account support, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Manage components of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare technical accounting transactions for revenue recognition, lease accounting, and equity-based compensation
  • Prepare financial statements and review supporting schedules and reconciliations
  • Design, implement, and maintain internal controls
  • Identify audit-readiness gaps and improve documentation and workflows
  • Establish accounting workflows and documentation standards
  • Improve the close timeline
  • Support ERP improvements, system initiatives, and accounting automations
  • Automate manual processes and improve data accuracy
  • Maintain scalable accounting procedures and documentation
