About the Role
You will lead close and reporting activities, prepare financial statements, manage intercompany accounting, maintain controls, support audits and regulatory filings, oversee accounts payable, lead accounting staff, and implement accounting automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA designation
- 5–9 years of progressive accounting experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting
- Experience supporting or managing external audits
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- People leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses
- Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements
- Manage intercompany recharges, settlements, and eliminations
- Research technical accounting issues and maintain accounting policies
- Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
- Manage audit engagements and resolve findings
- Prepare regulatory financial filings
- Oversee accounts payable and payment-processing controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead and develop accounting staff
- Implement accounting process automation
