About the Role
You will own full-cycle accounting and crypto reconciliations, build financial reporting processes, manage Singapore payroll and tax compliance, support regulatory reporting, coordinate audits, and maintain runway and burn-rate models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CA Singapore, CPA, or ACCA qualification
- 6+ years of accounting or finance experience
- 1–2 years of crypto-native experience
- Knowledge of DeFi primitives and wallet architecture
Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Reconcile exchange, custody, and bank statements
- Select and implement systems for trading-data financial reporting
- Execute payroll, CPF contributions, and IR8A reporting
- Lead corporate tax filing and Digital Payment Token tax compliance
- Support MAS licensing and reporting requirements
- Deliver monthly management reporting packs
- Act as the primary contact for auditors
- Prepare crypto-asset valuation schedules and technical memos
- Maintain runway and burn-rate projections
