About the Role
You will lead complex customer implementations from discovery through delivery, designing scalable configurations and managing timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations. You will resolve delivery issues, coach colleagues, improve implementation playbooks and training assets, and provide evidence-based feedback to Product.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of client-facing experience in legal technology or B2B SaaS, and/or significant relevant legal experience
- Experience owning complex or high-value implementations end to end
- Knowledge of contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows
- Ability to distinguish requirements, product limitations, and better approaches
- Credibility with executive legal and procurement stakeholders
- Prioritisation skills across a demanding portfolio
- Ability to coach others and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to set direction amid ambiguity
- Experience crafting and teaching effective AI prompts
Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer implementations
- Own discovery and translate competing objectives into deliverable plans
- Design scalable configurations and explain trade-offs
- Manage concurrent implementations against timelines and milestones
- Escalate delivery risks with recommendations
- Reset expectations and recover off-track implementations
- Coach colleagues and review implementation work
- Define and improve playbooks, configuration standards, and training assets
- Provide structured customer insights to Product
