About the Role

Serve as the mission leader for a territory by demonstrating GHOST, translating public safety user needs into product requirements, developing industry thought leadership, managing customer and vendor relationships, and educating internal teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Public Safety or as a high-level Technical Sales Engineer in public safety enterprise software.
Established public safety community network and passion for modernizing government technology.
Ability to explain complex AI and data solutions through mission success and officer safety.
Respected public safety leadership reputation with professional integrity and mission-driven expertise.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to develop compelling briefing material and collateral.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to execute effective sales campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and functional GHOST demonstrations mapped to agency pain points and workflows.
Translate industry trends and user feedback into actionable product insights as the internal Voice of the Market.
Develop white papers and presentations to shape industry forums and guide public policy.
Manage relationships with end users and product vendors and ensure successful GHOST onboarding.
Educate colleagues on public safety use cases, terminology, and procurement nuances.
