About the Role
You will lead the design, administration, integration, and optimization of core SaaS platforms and their interconnections. You will advance workforce IAM, automate operational processes, troubleshoot complex incidents, maintain technical documentation, evaluate technologies, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS application administration and optimization experience
- 4+ years of experience with n8n, Okta Workflows, or other automation platforms
- Expert knowledge of IAM principles and protocols
- Experience with APIs for custom integrations, data flows, and automation
- Scripting and automation proficiency
- Administrative experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience resolving cross-system incidents
- Experience as a Senior IT Systems Engineer or equivalent
- Okta certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of SaaS platforms
- Support, monitor, troubleshoot, and tune applications and systems
- Advance workforce IAM, SSO, lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and policy enforcement
- Provide technical guidance for system scalability and infrastructure maturity
- Author and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Identify risks and lead security, efficiency, resilience, and automation improvements
- Evaluate technologies and automation platforms
- Develop business cases and lead proof-of-concepts
- Mentor junior engineers
