About the Role
You will provide on-site IT support, resolve hardware, account, and access issues, and manage the SaaS stack. You will administer identity lifecycles, endpoint management, integrations, automation, security controls, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT systems, endpoint, or identity engineering
- Hands-on Okta administration experience
- Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
- Experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Rippling, and Claude
- Experience with Mac endpoint management
- Python or Bash scripting ability
- Troubleshooting ability across identity, networking, and SaaS integrations
- Written communication skills
- Willingness to work in the San Francisco office five days per week
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support and resolve hardware, account, and access issues
- Administer the SaaS stack including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and access changes through Okta
- Configure and maintain SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations
- Manage Mac endpoints through Rippling MDM
- Automate recurring IT and access-management work using Python, Bash, and workflow tools
- Support least-privilege access, MFA enforcement, and SOC 2 documentation
- Maintain runbooks and architecture documentation
- Streamline and improve IT operations
