About the Role
You will troubleshoot server blades, motherboards, power systems, and rack-scale infrastructure. You will support hardware bring-up and validation, diagnose system failures, perform root-cause analysis, support platform deployment, document operating procedures, mentor junior staff, and join on-call support during critical milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 7 years of server hardware architecture and board-level debugging experience
- System log, hardware telemetry, and power and thermal metrics analysis experience
- HPC, AI compute platform, or rack-scale infrastructure experience
- Collaboration skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead break-fix troubleshooting for server blades, motherboards, power systems, and rack-scale infrastructure
- Support hardware bring-up, component validation, and firmware interaction testing
- Diagnose thermal, power, network, BIOS, and BMC failures
- Perform root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions or design improvements
- Support deployment and rollout through validation and qualification cycles
- Assess environmental factors affecting system reliability
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and validation documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and engineers
- Participate in on-call or off-hours support during critical milestones
