About the Role
You will lead HPC chip productization from silicon bring-up through validation, production, and customer delivery. You will define system architecture, diagnose cross-layer issues, create validation plans, lead reviews, resolve customer issues, and coordinate engineering and ODM/JDM deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent expertise
- Experience leading a server or accelerator platform from new-silicon bring-up through production or customer delivery
- Expertise in board hardware, firmware, or low-level software
- Cross-layer diagnostic ability with PCIe, memory, power/reset, Linux drivers, and BIOS/BMC interactions
- Ability to translate inference requirements into system tests
- ODM co-development and cross-functional leadership experience
- English technical communication skills
- Ability to meet location and on-site work requirements
Responsibilities
- Translate inference workloads into board, host, interconnect, power, cooling, and serviceability requirements
- Define hardware-software interfaces and responsibilities
- Lead cross-layer silicon bring-up and root-cause diagnosis
- Use logs, telemetry, and controlled experiments to verify fixes
- Define workload, sustained-operation, recovery, and production tests
- Lead design and release reviews
- Resolve customer issues
- Coordinate engineering and ODM/JDM deliverables
- Resolve schedule, quality, cost, and performance trade-offs
