About the Role
You will own post-silicon power measurement strategy across operating conditions. You will build automated lab and analysis infrastructure, correlate silicon data with pre-silicon models, investigate root causes, characterize PVT behavior, and debug power anomalies with validation teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of silicon power analysis and characterization experience
- Master's or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of digital and mixed-signal power domains
- Knowledge of DVFS, leakage power, dynamic power, and power gating
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, current probes, power analyzers, and SMUs
- Proficiency with Python, Perl, or MATLAB
Responsibilities
- Own post-silicon power measurement strategy across operating conditions
- Build and maintain lab infrastructure and automated workflows
- Build data-analysis pipelines for power characterization
- Correlate silicon power data with pre-silicon models
- Drive root-cause analysis and refine power estimation methodologies
- Characterize power across PVT corners
- Develop test content and debug power anomalies
