About the Role
You will resolve complex IT incidents, administer identity and endpoint platforms, troubleshoot operating systems and networks, lead root-cause analysis, automate employee-lifecycle workflows, maintain documentation, support compliance activities, coordinate vendors, and mentor junior IT engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT engineering, systems administration, IT operations, or endpoint-management experience
- L3 escalation-engineer or senior technical individual-contributor experience
- Okta administration experience
- Google Workspace administration experience
- Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar MDM experience
- macOS, Windows, and Linux troubleshooting experience
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewall knowledge
- Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting experience
- ITSM platform experience
- ITIL process knowledge
- ISO 27001, SOC 2, or audit-support experience
- Documentation and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex escalated IT issues
- Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji, and related platforms
- Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, and Linux systems
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitor system health, endpoint compliance, and operational risks
- Automate employee lifecycle, access, compliance, reporting, and asset workflows
- Build scripts and integrations
- Lead proof-of-concept projects
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Support compliance and audit-readiness activities
- Coordinate vendor escalations and upgrades
- Mentor junior IT engineers
