About the Role
You will own the internal IT stack, user lifecycle management and security controls. You will manage the Mac fleet and zero-touch device deployments, advise teams on tooling, build automations, use AI tools to improve work, collaborate on AI governance and LLM integrations, and participate in security incident response.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting users from basic helpdesk through complex technical issues
- Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions and prioritise high-value work
- Experience building and maintaining automations with Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, Make or similar tools
- Hands-on use of LLMs and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong understanding of macOS and Apple device management
- Experience with Okta
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions and Terraform is a plus
- Knowledge of Golang, Python, Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the internal IT stack
