About the Role
You will own and improve identity, endpoint, SaaS, and internal productivity systems. You will automate support processes, manage Okta and Apple device configurations, evaluate AI tooling, support company-wide platforms, manage SaaS procurement, participate in on-call rotations, and partner with Engineering, Security, and go-to-market teams.

- 3+ years supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
- Mobile device management for Apple devices

Responsibilities
- Own and improve Okta configuration, lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
- Manage Apple endpoint configuration through Iru or Kandji using policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
- Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support work
- Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling
- Manage SaaS procurement and renewals
- Own and support Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
- Partner with Engineering, Security, and go-to-market teams
- Work from the office three days per week
- Participate in an on-call rotation
