About the Role

You will own the overall production environment, maintain AWS infrastructure, automate releases and CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Docker, manage monitoring and incident response, maintain blockchain nodes and RPC services, and build dashboards and alerts for large-model API token usage and costs. You will also use AI tools for log triage, script generation, and small-scale automation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of operations or DevOps experience
  • Hands-on proficiency with AWS, including VPC networking and IAM permissions
  • Strong Linux fundamentals covering networking, disks, processes, logs, and performance troubleshooting
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
  • Ability to write Python or Bash scripts
  • Experience with Terraform or a similar infrastructure-as-code tool
  • Experience using AI tools in daily work
  • Ability to monitor API usage and costs
  • Ability to cover operations, security, costs, and toolchains in a small team
  • Clear written communication and ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain AWS environments including EC2, VPC, ALB, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, and Route53
  • Handle resource provisioning, upgrades, backups, permissions, and routine changes
  • Build and maintain release pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker
  • Enable repeatable releases and clear rollback procedures
  • Automate manual tasks with scripts and configuration
  • Build and manage monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or a managed alternative
  • Respond to incidents, restore services, and document root causes and solutions
  • Deploy and upgrade blockchain nodes and RPC services
  • Manage node disks and snapshots
  • Implement basic rate limiting and protection for nodes and RPC services
  • Build dashboards and alerts for large-model API token usage and costs
  • Use AI tools for log triage, script generation, and small-scale automation
