About the Role
You build and operate the CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, MLOps, and internal developer platform foundations for AI products. You manage Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure, GPU clusters, high-availability and disaster recovery systems, observability, security controls, release workflows, and incident response while automating deployment and remediation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure
- Expert-level Linux and networking knowledge
- Deep mastery of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with public or hybrid cloud platforms
- Strong coding or scripting skills in Go, Python, Shell, or another major language
- Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and SRE principles
- Familiarity with MLOps, model serving, GPU clusters, or AI/ML infrastructure
- Experience with large-scale distributed or high-concurrency systems
- Internal Developer Platform experience
- Zero Trust, DevSecOps, SOC2, or ISO27001 experience
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and machine learning models
- Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback processes
- Build and scale Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure
- Manage GPU clusters for AI workloads and model inference
- Design high-availability architectures and disaster recovery strategies
- Implement self-healing, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Provision infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
- Architect monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Build an Internal Developer Platform and golden deployment paths
- Collaborate with R&D, data science, security, and business teams
- Enforce stability, security, release, secrets-management, and compliance standards
- Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventative remediation during incidents
- Automate incidents, tickets, and manual runbooks
