About the Role

You will design and implement scalable infrastructure for XRPL services and public blockchain networks, automate infrastructure lifecycles and deployments, develop observability and disaster recovery systems, improve reliability through monitoring and incident response, maintain developer tooling, and evaluate tools that reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of professional experience
2+ years operating cloud-native infrastructure at scale
AWS or GCP experience preferred
Programming skills in Go, Python, or Java
Linux systems knowledge
Networking knowledge
Concurrency knowledge
Kubernetes experience
Docker or OCI container runtime experience
Service mesh experience
CI/CD pipeline experience
GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD experience
Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible
Prometheus or Grafana observability experience
Leadership and collaboration skills
Communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Design scalable and resilient infrastructure for XRPL services and public blockchain networks
Build infrastructure lifecycle automation
Build CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines
Develop observability, secret management, disaster recovery, and regional failover systems
Improve platform reliability through instrumentation and alerting
Respond to incidents with observability and security teams
Maintain internal tooling and self-service workflows
Evaluate tools that improve infrastructure scalability and reduce manual overhead
Mentor and develop engineers
