About the Role
You will design, build, and operate scalable, secure infrastructure for applications and automation systems. You will automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines; manage CI/CD systems; operate logging, monitoring, and alerting; enforce security practices; improve platform tools and documentation; and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Experience with physical infrastructure, including networking equipment and servers
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and GitOps workflows
- Hands-on coding experience in Python and Shell scripting
- Understanding of Linux internals and system administration
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, including Helm
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Experience with bare-metal provisioning is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure
- Own and improve platform engineering tools and services, including documentation and cross-team communication
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines
- Manage CI/CD systems for reliable software delivery
- Implement and operate logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
- Enforce security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident-response readiness
- Participate in the Platform Engineering on-call rotation
