About the Role
You will design, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructure for distributed systems that process trades and interact with blockchain networks and banking systems. You will build infrastructure across AWS and on-premises Linux, strengthen security and observability, automate operations, and lead production support and debugging.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Production AWS experience, ideally across multiple accounts
- Deep Terraform or OpenTofu experience, including module design, state management, imports, and refactoring live infrastructure
- Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm
- CI/CD pipeline design and security experience with GitHub Actions, Spacelift, or similar tools
- Configuration management experience, ideally Ansible
- Strong networking knowledge, including VPC design, firewalls, inspection, load balancers, DNS, and TLS
- Python and Bash scripting experience
- Experience tracing production incidents to root cause
- On-call and production support experience for 24/7 systems
Responsibilities
- Design resilient and scalable distributed systems across AWS and on-premises Linux systems
- Implement infrastructure as code using OpenTofu, Kubernetes, and Ansible
- Implement security controls across cloud, network, and CI/CD
- Deploy and patch infrastructure and applications
- Monitor production infrastructure and lead production support and debugging
- Improve observability and alerting
- Automate operational tasks and convert manual procedures into runbooks
