About the Role
You will investigate issues across the autonomous-vehicle stack, analyse on-road data, identify root causes, and communicate actionable findings. You will develop investigation workflows, use simulation to reproduce issues, support release testing, and investigate incidents to strengthen safety.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with complex robotics autonomous-vehicle or comparable engineered systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Systems-thinking across hardware software and models
- Experience designing real-world experiments to test hypotheses
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Python for data analysis and analytical scripting
- Ability to influence direction through findings
- Safety-conscious mindset

- Automotive robotics or AI industry experience
- Statistical rigour and experimental best practices

Responsibilities
- Triage on-road data and investigate recurring issues
- Identify fleet-wide patterns and root causes across robots models and software
- Analyse data and communicate insights through dashboards and visualisations
- Partner with engineering model development operations and safety stakeholders to resolve issues
- Develop automated workflows and investigation playbooks
- Use simulation and offline tools to reproduce and debug issues
- Support systems engineering across vehicle platforms programmes and release testing
- Investigate on-road incidents and feed lessons back to relevant stakeholders
