- Significant experience in private wealth management family offices RIAs institutional digital asset custody crypto infrastructure corporate treasury private banking or wealth technology
- Strong professional network within the US financial industry
- Understanding of how high net worth individuals and institutions manage digital assets
- Familiarity with custody self custody governance security and operational controls
- Experience translating client requirements into financial or technology products
- Ability to conduct market research and senior level customer interviews independently
- Strong commercial judgment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
