About the Role
You will lead the Finance Systems team and own the AutoRek platform. You will oversee reconciliation and treasury systems, maintain system stability and financial controls, resolve complex technical issues, manage vendors, support implementations, and drive automation and process improvements across the finance systems estate.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with financial systems.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with system integration and configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting complex reconciliation and system issues.
- Experience administering configuring and supporting AutoRek in a complex finance environment.
- Project coordination skills for managing implementation timelines resources and deliverables.
- University degree in Finance Business Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing implementing or upgrading finance systems solutions.
- Experience in fintech investment management or trading environments.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
- Experience with AutoRek FIS Integrity TMS or iRecs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Finance Systems team through objective setting mentoring training recruitment and succession planning.
- Own the AutoRek platform administration and roadmap.
- Oversee system configuration reconciliation design exception management and platform optimisation.
- Maintain finance systems operations SLAs and system availability while resolving complex issues.
- Safeguard financial controls regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead technical discussions and system upgrades.
- Drive automation and process optimisation across the finance systems estate.
- Coordinate resources timelines and deliverables for system implementations.
