This high-ownership role leads finance end to end, including financial modeling, accounting close, cash management, compliance programs, controls, fundraising support, and scalable finance tooling.

• Strong financial modeling, accounting, compliance, communication, and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the financial model, including revenue, ARR, burn, runway, unit economics, and scenario planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, board and investor reporting, and monthly business reviews.
• Turn financial analysis into recommendations on pricing, hiring, spending, and growth.
• Support fundraising through modeling, data-room preparation, and diligence.
• Own the monthly close, accurate financials, controls, reconciliations, reporting, AR, AP, collections, billing, treasury, and cash-flow visibility.
• Manage tax, audit, statutory compliance, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, security questionnaires, vendor diligence, data handling, vendor risk, insurance, contracts support, and policies.
• Select and implement finance tooling and automate low-leverage work.
• Set standards for the finance function as it grows.
