About the Role
You serve as a strategic architect of the financial future, partnering with executives on capital strategy and long-term planning. You lead treasury management, capital allocation, governance, reporting, audits, financial modeling, organizational scaling, M&A initiatives, tax structuring, and stakeholder relationships. You build and scale high-performing finance and accounting teams, develop financial technology and data infrastructure, and translate complex financial information into actionable guidance for executives, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments
- Experience influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at board and executive levels
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams
- Mastery of complex financial modeling
- Ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into actionable executive narratives
- Ability to establish structure and discipline in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape
- Experience with digital-asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations
Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term financial roadmap
- Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies
- Establish standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls
- Advise the executive team with data-driven insights and financial modeling
- Design and implement scalable financial technology and data infrastructure
- Automate routine reconciliations and provide real-time visibility into global performance
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives including M&A activity and tax structuring
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners
- Ensure compliance and sophisticated financial reporting
