About the Role

You will reconcile client investment and cash positions recorded on platforms against external provider records across the Asia-Pacific region. You will review reports identify and classify discrepancies investigate root causes maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve exceptions.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification with financial operations experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MSSQL Visio Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work across New Zealand Australia and Asia
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve financial market and IT system issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experience delivering projects and conducting research

  • Reconcile client investment and cash positions
  • Review reconciliation reports and identify discrepancies
  • Classify and resolve reconciliation exceptions
  • Investigate root causes of issues
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers
  • Maintain accurate investment and cash records
  • Research project-related issues
  • Deliver projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows
