About the Role
You will reconcile client investment and cash positions recorded on platforms against external provider records across the Asia-Pacific region. You will review reports identify and classify discrepancies investigate root causes maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve exceptions.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification with financial operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in MSSQL Visio Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work across New Zealand Australia and Asia
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to resolve financial market and IT system issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Experience delivering projects and conducting research
Responsibilities
- Reconcile client investment and cash positions
- Review reconciliation reports and identify discrepancies
- Classify and resolve reconciliation exceptions
- Investigate root causes of issues
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers
- Maintain accurate investment and cash records
- Research project-related issues
- Deliver projects and adapt to shifting priorities
