About the Role

You will complete approximately five rotations across Money and Growth areas while analyzing business performance and economic drivers. You will solve ambiguous problems, partner with cross functional stakeholders, build models and dashboards, and present recommendations that support strategic and product decisions.

Requirements

Experience in business analysis strategy management consulting financial services or quantitative analysis
Strong SQL proficiency
Advanced quantitative modeling skills
Ability to translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations
Fluency with AI tools
Bachelor’s degree in business economics finance engineering data science or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Rotate through approximately five team assignments
Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers
Identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
Solve problems across product strategy pricing segmentation and risk return tradeoffs
Partner with engineering product risk and finance stakeholders
Build analytical models dashboards and executive presentations
