About the Role

You will support AML and compliance operations in Türkiye by assisting with customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening, suspicious transaction reporting, regulatory audits, documentation, and risk controls. You will also help maintain compliance databases and reporting systems.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance risk management or regulatory affairs
• Experience in financial services fintech cryptocurrency or regulated environments
• Understanding of AML compliance risk internal controls or regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with MASAK and SPK regulations or ability to learn them quickly
• Interest in data analysis business analysis automation AI tools or compliance systems
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency with compliance databases risk tools and reporting systems
• Ability to work proactively with integrity in a fast-paced technology-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Support Legal and Compliance operations under applicable Turkish regulations
• Assist with individual and corporate customer onboarding and identity verification
• Support suspicious transaction reporting and financial risk control processes
• Maintain corporate user and suspicious transaction documentation
• Prepare for regulatory audits and licensing requirements
• Monitor sanctions lists PEP databases and the Legal Gazette
