About the Role
You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across equities managed funds and fixed interest products. You will research event information reconcile holdings monitor stock and cash accounts communicate with stakeholders resolve discrepancies and support process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Interest in financial markets investment operations asset servicing or corporate actions.
- Previous experience in financial services investment operations custody fund administration or corporate actions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate high-quality work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across equities managed funds and fixed interest products.
- Manage dividend and coupon payments fund closures rights issues takeovers stock splits conversions and share purchase plans.
- Complete corporate actions accurately within service levels and deadlines.
- Research corporate action information from custodians fund managers market data providers and exchanges.
- Reconcile client holdings against agent and custodian records.
- Monitor stock and cash control accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate corporate action information to internal stakeholders.
- Build relationships with fund managers custodians brokers and market participants.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support FNZ's New Zealand business across the New Zealand market time zone.
