About the Role
You will support financial reporting planning budgeting forecasting and variance analysis across Singapore Germany and India. You will oversee accounting vendors, tax compliance, accounts payable, treasury, billing, reimbursements, intercompany transactions, month-end close, audits, financial controls, and board materials.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification
- Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in finance or audit
- Knowledge of IFRS and SFRS
- Familiarity with Indian and German accounting standards preferred
- Experience handling full sets of accounts and financial consolidation
- Experience drafting financial statements and forecasts
- Knowledge and use of AI tools
- Experience in process improvement and automation
- Proficiency in Netsuite is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support reporting planning budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate accounting and payment vendors
- Oversee accounts payable banking treasury and intercompany transactions
- Manage month-end closing and financial reporting
- Coordinate tax filings and statutory compliance
- Oversee expense claims and employee reimbursements
- Prepare internal and external financial reports
- Review financial performance and identify trends and anomalies
- Provide insights for working capital management
- Establish and reinforce internal controls
- Oversee customer billing
- Support annual audits
- Prepare board meeting materials
