About the Role

You will own the full accounting cycle for multiple entities across countries, prepare financial statements, maintain reconciliations, manage cash flow and treasury operations, and handle GST, tax, statutory reporting, audits, payroll, and controls. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, investor reporting, and finance automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Accountancy, Finance, or related degree
• CA (Singapore), ACCA, or CPA qualification preferred
• Knowledge of SFRS and IFRS
• Exposure to US GAAP
• Knowledge of GST and corporate tax
• Singapore statutory requirements
• External or internal audit experience
• Internal controls and finance process design
• Independent full-set accounting experience
• Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
• Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting cycle for multiple entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain the chart of accounts and financial reconciliations
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations
• Handle GST filings, corporate tax, and statutory reporting
• Manage the annual audit and coordinate with external auditors
• Design and enforce internal controls and finance policies
• Oversee payroll, CPF contributions, and employee expenses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-runway planning
• Partner on spend, unit economics, and vendor contracts
• Use AI and automation to improve finance operations
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due-diligence requests
